“Unfortunately I can’t share with you a warm, fuzzy testimonial about how I became a chiropractor, but I knew all along that I wanted to pursue a career in health care.”

After completing his undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, Dr. Sinclair was hired by the then-largest pharmaceutical company in the world, and soon became disillusioned with the industry and resumed his search for a career in health care. At about the same time he met Dr. Verne Thompson, a chiropractor, who inspired him to explore the chiropractic profession.

“I was fortunate enough to be born into a chiropractic family and have been living the chiropractic lifestyle my entire life. I attribute a lot of my health and wellness, and the ability to do the things that I love, to chiropractic.”

“When I was sixteen I had the opportunity to work as a chiropractic assistant. It was this experience that exposed me to many patient stories of how chiropractic changed their lives and impacted their health. The patients, stories and the chiropractor I worked with, sparked passion within me that drove me to where I am today.”

“My first experience with chiropractic care was an infant. I suffered from colic. After my first chiropractic adjustment my colic was alleviated and I am told that I became a much happier baby,” shares Dr. Casey Sinclair.

“Growing up in a chiropractic clinic I witnessed many daily miracles that occur in my father’s practice.”

“I went to the Anglo European College of Chiropractors (AECC) in England. Throughout my educational experience I was surprised by the vast amount of knowledge chiropractors are required to have with regards to human anatomy, physiology and neurology.”

It is hard to believe over 30 years ago I came to this “job” with no idea how chiropractic would change my life. Many events have happened in those 30 years. I met and married my husband, Michael, and we have two amazing kids, Kendall and Jacob and a crazy dog Emma. You might initially think its bit strange, but one of the requirements I had before marrying Michael was that he get a chiropractic checkup. I wanted him to be the healthiest he could be and I knew when we had children I would want him to understand why it would be so important that they get adjusted as well. read more »

Working with such an incredible person such as Dr. Vince Sinclair, I am not surprised that his children, Casey, Morgan and Gavin have all followed in his footsteps and applied their five essential healthy approach to the clinic. Getting chiropractic care allows me better flexibility playing golf and allows me to do things I never thought I could. For example, I have just recently joined a gym and participated in a boot camp. I have a love for people and animals and spend a lot of my “down” time reading. I guess you could say I may have started 30 years ago in a “job” but it certainly became a lifetime love of helping people be the best they can be.
